Electricity voltage in my house is at 350 and we have been trying 118 for a long time — to no avail.

KESC’s complaint number 118 is quite useless and dysfunctional. Once you feed in the 14 digit number, you get to listen to non-shop recording of all kinds of facilities offered by the KESC; you keep on pressing other buttons on the dial or an agent to speak to, but in vain.

KESC is requested to order their complaint centres to offer prompt service to the customer first rather than listing their services on the phone and wasting time.
