KHAIRPUR, May 3: Two persons were killed and another was injured when their motorcycle was hit by a Nawabshah-bound wagon (R-1357) on the Khairpur-Nawabshah Road here on Saturday.
The deceased were identified as Atta Shaikh and Ghazi Sakhani.
The injured, Zahid Shaikh, was admitted to a local hospital.
FIRE: Eight houses were gutted when fire broke out in the Koral Phulpoto village near here on Saturday evening.
The houses belonged to Lal Dino Shaikh, Meero Shaikh, Dadan Shaikh, Daim Shaikh, Raheem Phulpoto, Karam Ali Phulpoto, Ghulam Ali Phulpoto and Khushhal Phulpoto.
