The law enforcement agencies also blocked a road for general traffic near Rabia City and conducted a door to door search operation.

The Rangers officials also claimed to have recovered large cache of arms from a bus in the area of Saddar.

Meanwhile, a spokesman of Awami National Party Sindh chapter had claimed that more than 500 political workers of the party were arrested in the name of the operation.

He said that the party would call for an indefinite strike if the nabbed workers would not be released.
