LARKANA, Feb 8: Pakistan People’s Party (SB) chairperson Ghinwa Bhutto said on Sunday that Fatima Bhutto and Zulfikar Bhutto Junior would themselves decide when to enter politics.

Speaking at a convention of workers of Larkana district chapter of the PPP-SB at Al-Murtaza House, she said “we must provide them (Fatima Bhutto and Zulfikar Bhutto) a strong and solid base for their entry in politics. She said no one could rule and survive without people’s support.

She stressed the need for constituting committees at local level to solve problems of common man.

Referring to the struggle of the people of Palestine and Lebanon, she said they were braving the barbarism of Israel with little role of their governments. She asked people to forge unity in their ranks so that the government could not dare to rule against their will.

She said that people had now focused eyes on PPP-SB and urged its workers to redouble their efforts in reorganizing the party. Attaining democracy was not an easy task, she said, and asked workers to strengthen the hands of their leadership.

“We do not want power through agencies, she said, adding that PPP (SB) would get it with the unstained support of the people. She said that it had become tradition here to capture power through ‘agencies’ and that was why strong governments were not established.

She announced dissolution of provincial to union council level bodies of her party in Sindh and appointed chief organisers to complete the process of re-organisation within five months. Meenhon Khan Rind was appointed chief coordinator of PPP (SB) Sindh.—Correspondent
