Pakistan women stun India 17-13 in BFAME bridge

AMMAN, Jordan: Pakistan women combination stunned India in the seventh round of the Bridge Federation of Asia and Middle East (BFAME) bridge championship at Petra Ball Room of Regency Palace Hotel on Sunday night recording 17-13 victory.

 

On Monday, Pakistan women team maintained their good work with a resounding 19-11 win over Palestine to continue their second spot with 169.4 points behind defending champions Jordan, who lead the field with 198 points.

Round 8: Pakistan bt Bangladesh 20-10; Kuwait bt India 20-10; Syria bt Sri Lanka 24-6; Palestine bt Bahrain 22-8.

 

Round 9: India bt Bahrain 25-4; Syria bt Jordan 23-7; Palestine bt Sri Lanka 17-13; Bangladesh bt Bahrain 17-13.
