Pakistan beat Sri Lanka to enter Asia Cup Baseball semi-finals

LAHORE: Reigning champions Pakistan have entered the semi-finals of the 8th Asia Cup Baseball Championship after earning another big 10-0 win against Sri Lanka in Bangkok, Thailand.

Pakistan had defeated Malaysia 20-0 in their opening match on Monday and Tuesday’s win against Sri Lanka have boosted their chances to also emerge as the pool leaders.

Pakistan play hosts Thailand in the last match of the pool on Wednesday. Thailand had suffered a surprising 3-1 win against Sri Lanka in their opener.
