Jordan beat Pakistan, India go top in BFAME Bridge

The Indians jumped to the top with 240.5 points, relegating their rival Pakistan to second position with 234.5 points.

AMMAN: Pakistan conceded a six-point lead to holders India after beaten 12-18 by Jordan in the Bridge Federation of Asia and Middle East (BFAME) bridge championship Open series at Petra Ball Room of Regency Palace Hotel here on Tuesday.

The Indians jumped to the top with 240.5 points, relegating their rival Pakistan to second position with 234.5 points. Syria is placed third with 211 points.

Open series: Pakistan bt Bahrain 20-10; India bt Palestine 25-4; Jordan bt Bangladesh 19-11; Syria bt Kuwait 20-10.
