MIRAMSHAH: Five foreign terrorists, one of them an Arab who reportedly trained suicide bombers, were killed and four others injured when their explosives-laden vehicle exploded in Spilga village in North Waziristan on Wednesday.

Officials said the explosives the five insurgents were loading onto a vehicle exploded, killing the five.

They identified the Arab as Abu Mosa.

However, other reports from the area said a suspected US drone fired two missiles at the House of Gharib Nawaz and four people, two children and a woman among them, were injured.

They were taken to a government hospital in Miramshah.

Sources said that Gharib Nawaz had close contacts with terrorists and foreign nationals used to visit his home.

The injured people were identified as Muhammad Sadiq, Sameeda Bibi (5), Fatima Bibi (2) and a woman whose name could not be ascertained.
