LAHORE: Lahore’s Capital City Police Officer, Pervez Rathor, directs police officials to initiate a crackdown against guest houses and motels providing accommodation to customers without proper record keeping.
         
CCPO Lahore said that guest houses and motels located in residential areas have become easy and safe means of providing accommodation to the criminals and terrorists.

Rathor directed the CID officials to keep an eye out for suspects residing in guest houses.

Police has been directed to survey all of the guest houses in the city and maintain full record of the customers to avoid any untoward incident.

The CCPO said that strict action would be taken against blacksheep present in the police department who have given a free hand to the guest house owners for carrying out illegal activities.
