How I see myself

I call myself a dream
Yet to be realized
I call myself an idea
Yet to be visualized
I haven't done much
And much is yet to be done
I hear my conscious shriek
Deep, deep inside
But still there is hope
For within me lives an angel
Bleeding but still alive

Never-ending solitude

It’s a never-ending circle,
People come and go,
Some deserve one’s friendship,
Some one is merely a foe.
I carry a big phony smile on my face,
Faking twinkles of laughter while I’m in pain,
Carrying on this charadic game,
Loosing friends all in vain.
My eyes are damp,
I’m on the brink of tears,
Tears of laughter and the tears of fears,
Or the tears that mean nothing at all,
Soothing the eyes from which they fall.

Bomb blast

Through out the whole city a noise booms
Sirens of ambulances fill the city
The city filled with gloom
And another bomb blast has taken place
The newspapers and TV say
Many people have died
Few have survived
Many are in critical condition
There is need for blood donation
So lets help the people who are in distress
Help them get over this mess

Terrorist

Terrorist! Terrorist! Go away!
Stop harming us in any way
Stop killing the innocent
Stop brainwashing the indigent
Stop dividing us each other
Let us live in unity
With peace, love and harmony
Let us live in prosperity
With tranquillity and democracy
Terrorist! Terrorist! Go away!
Stop harming us in any way

Love

Love can change our mind,
Love can make us blind,
Love glows our heart to bind,
Love starts loving what we find,
Love is a kind of glittering treasure,
By loving our love it gets a pleasure,
The morning of today will be the past,
All of ease and leisure will last,
People will look for position and cast,
As the timings of this world are fast,
Only love and feelings will live,
We will get more than we give

Childhood

Joyous childhood,
Naughty, funky, somewhat impish.
Dirty, patchy, spotty frocks.
Mothers shocked when saw one sock!
Other found from neighbour’s wall
Along with a bald-headed doll!
Joyous childhood,
Little tots with glowing faces
Then….
Sudsy hands in the mud;
Oh, fallen again in the water.. Thud!
Joyous childhood!
Rosy lips and chubby cheeks,
Shouts noisy than eagles’ beaks.
Lovely childhood
Funny and freak.

Many moods of the sea

The sea is a hungry dog
It roars and howls
And the waves double up
As if gobbling down the food
The waves have points and edges
Which look like teeth
Sharp and razor like
They sink in never to be seen
In a fit of temper it rushes towards the shore
And further, it goes, angrier still it becomes
Sweeping away residences, sweeping away offices
Leaving people homeless, leaving people jobless
But when in a good mood,
It is a pleasant fellow indeed
Humming and buzzing
It sets you to it as well
And the breeze covering it
Brushes against my rosy cheek
The rocks are placed in such a way
They add to the picturesque beauty
The shore with its golden sand
Is the crescent moon
The sea is friends with the sun as well
It gives him a room, underneath
When it is drooping with fatigue
To complete this scene of perfection
And serenity
The sky is cloudless
It is a perfect summer’s eve
For a nice, long walk along the shore
I have my shoes at the door
Would you care to join me?

Laugh

Laugh makes your problems half
Laugh make pains disappear
And shattered the glasses of tears
Laugh create smile on your face
And makes you forget whatever is the case
Laugh changes your mood
And makes you relax and you feels good

Mother

When God intended to create a mother,
Then he ordered the angles to gather,
Moon’s draftiness,
Tears of dewdrops,
Bulbul’s melody,
Anxiety of sparrow
Gaudy colour of rose,
Fragrance of flowers
Sea’s depth
River’s flow
Earth’s shine
Sun’s heat
Morning’s gleam
So that he could better make a “mother’” for humanity.

If only!

If everyone would stop fighting,
If everyone would be united
I would care to stay a little more
I would prefer to take the longer route
Because I would know they’re on my side
Being with them would always feel right
But no there’s no chance
They just can’t bear to stand as one
So I, I have to just pass on,
Pass on with all I’ve got
My family, my friends
Though this circle would never end,
Because I don’t mind more friends..
Friends from all over
Out undercover.
So I just can’t pass on,
Hence I wish to stay long
If only they would just stop fighting
If only for once they would be united.
