Ingredients 500 grams boneless chicken 250 grams cabbage 125 carrots 5-6 green chillies 125 grams capsicum 1 cup oil 2 tomatoes 2 onions 1 packet spaghetti 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 2 tsp ginger/garlic paste Salt as required
For garnishing
Chilli sauce, soya sauce, lemon slices, spring onion and ketchup as desired.
Method
Add salt and one tbsp of oil in boiling water; add the noodles and bring to a boil and let simmer for five minutes. When done, drain and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, and add onion, tomatoes, ginger/garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, water and chicken. Stirfry the chicken until tender. In another pan fry vegetables in a little oil for a couple of minutes. Now mix the vegetables and chicken. Place the spaghetti in a serving dish and place the chicken and vegetables on top. Garnish with above- mentioned ingredients.
Kebabs

1/2 kg potatoes 50 grams cabbage, roughly chopped 50 grams carrots, finely chopped 1-2 eggs 50 grams capsicum, finely chopped 3 green chillies 1 tsp black pepper Salt as required Oil for frying
Method
Boil, peel and mash the potatoes. Add salt and pepper, along with all the vegetables. Mix well. Make kebabs, dip in beaten eggs and crumbs. Heat oil in a pan, fry till both sides are done. Drain on tissue paper. Serve with ketchup.
