All you guys out there who are thriving for a ride of realistic venture with hunches knitting up every minute, should read The Testament by John Grisham. The story has an element of suspense and increasing adventure in it.
The testament is a story that involves everything from a holographic will to the notion of American lawsuits to the majestic but isolated swamps and rivers of Brazil. It is a story that revolves around the estate of one of the wealthiest men alive. It is a story that depicts the luxurious American lifestyle that eventually leads to the spoilage of the prodigy of one of the most successful people ever and shows how the love of God and love for His creations gives someone a purpose in life and makes one resent all the money and riches in the world.
John Grisham has beautifully depicted the feelings and emotions of hatred and resentment that characterise the Phelan heirs. In fact, he takes the reader with him on a ride of sensation — radiant and exuberant — that portrays him as a fine spectator of human nature as any. Indeed it is his humane sense that makes him travel to one of the farthest and loneliest Hebrides on earth (although not unknown altogether to daring tourists) and writes for us a story that leaves a trace on every mind and heart.
If you are a fun lover and if you want to freshen up a bit after the tiresome exams and if want a good book to read, then I am sure that The Testament would be a good choice.
