Book: Two Boxes Of Gold And Other Stories
Two boxes of gold and other stories contains as many as seven very interesting stories. Whatever Dickens wrote was either frightening, interesting or adventurous, but this is a book in which you will find all colours of his writing.
The first story is about a young man who works in an English bank and is given the responsibility of taking two boxes of gold from London to Italy. Will he be able to do his job safely and are all of his companions loyal to him or are some of them trying to rob him?
The second story is about two men fighting for the same woman. Who will get Susan and will the right person succeed after passing through various troubles in life?
The third story is a rather scary one about a ghost that will surely make you sweat.
The other story is about a signalman who sees a ghost and soon after, something bad and terrible happens. Now he has again seen the ghost. What danger and bad incident is waiting to happen?
The other story, which I believe is extremely scary, is about a pretty girl and a man called Black Coll. You will read about the disgusting Burrag-bos and about the unhappy fate of young Evleen Blake. This story is a scary one in the true sense.
