Health Line: Seven ways to stay healthy

There is no life without health. Health is verve, joy, hue, and you. To enjoy all truly, all you have to do is to follow seven easy rules.

Eat a balanced diet
Eat everything, in proper proportion as a balanced diet guarantees a robust living and a healthy you. Don’t forget to have plenty of fruits, have vegetables too.

Exercise
Start your day with a walk. Take deep breaths and exercise in a green open area. You will surely feel fresh and recharged all day long.

Gulp more
Drink as much water as you can, around 10-12 glasses a day. Take more fluids to keep dehydration and fatigue at bay.

Don’t smoke
Say no to smoking. Eat fruits instead and hail a strong body with a sound mind.

Be sporty
Get involved in sports, be they physical or mental. Join fitness clubs, aerobics classes or create your own play area for an agile tomorrow.

Stay neat
Stay neat and clean. Take a bath daily, brush your teeth twice a day. Take good care of your ears, too, as cleanliness is next to godliness.
