Super Super Sis:

Dear super Sis!

I am spending a very miserable life. I wear a scarf and also a dupatta in school due to which all the girls of my school seem to ignore me and make fun of me. Most of all as I am very polite, they become rash with me and pass nasty comments. Whenever I succeed in anything and get ahead of them, they all just react as if I am an alien.

Please help me out otherwise I am afraid I’ll get mad and do some harm to myself. My parents cannot help me out because they are no more interested in my problems.

A broken heart!

As I see it, these girls are partially jealous of your success and humble nature. They also find it ‘cool’ to be mean to you when they are in a group. Ignoring such people really IS a good way out of such situations. You should not be ashamed of yourself just because you wear a scarf: as you grow older, you will realize that a scarf makes a woman more beautiful than ever.

Do you have a best friend? It is usually easier if you have one best friend to hang around with. So try finding a best friend in a nice girl. But again, let me tell you: it’s not the end of the world if you don’t “stick around” with one particular person. Most successful individuals generally have a good relationship with people around them, but they don’t necessarily stick to one person. So don’t get depressed if you don’t move around in a group.

In your free time, when you feel that there are many mean girls around, take your lunch and go sit somewhere pleasant and read a nice book or sketch or carry a walkman in your bag and listen to music. This does not, however, mean that you should cut yourself off from all socializing. Mean people usually do the mean act when they are in a group. So when you find some girl on her own, try approaching her and talk to her and just be friendly. As individuals, girls can really be friendly, and you will see this yourself. Besides, once the girls individually realize what a nice person you really are, they will feel ashamed of being rude to you themselves. Good luck!

Dear super sis,

I am 16 years old. My problem is not so complicated but it sometimes make me worried. My skin is very soft and marks and pimple-free but there are some moles on my face. I haven’t used any remedy yet because I want to ask you about the remedy which can be used easily. Also sometimes blackheads appear on my nose. I don’t even touch my skin nor eat much oily food.

Then what is the reason behind this. I have used about four to five bottles of Safi and my skin is really very soft and cool but the only problem are the moles. Please help me!

Dimpled Fairy

There are medicinal ways of dealing with your problem. People commonly get moles removed physically: you simply need to consult a good skin specialist. It usually is a minor, localized operation and it’ll be over in a few minutes. But if you are scared of needles, then you should seek out good homeopathic treatment. It can really do wonders and does not have any side effects. I’m sure your mom and dad must be knowing some good, experienced and learned homeopathic doctor whom you can consult.

As a personal comment, I assert, please don’t use excessive drugs and medicines and learn to love your own skin. Drugs can really be bad for you.
