Max Payne 2 starts with a short feedback from the last game. Max Payne a detective comes back home just to find out that his family has been murdered by a bunch of drug addicts. The drug apparently “Valkyr” is paranoid. He takes revenge and in between he finds (at least he thinks) a partner. She is also dead by the time he gets along, but in this sequel she is alive. Max gets the opportunity to pull up some heroic acts.
The game is short but not as easy as the previous one. Graphics are just great. In 1999 when the first Max Payne was released it was the first game to introduce bullet time action. In the sequel the bullets are very responsive — they hit the enemy real hard.
