Importance of National Flag

WE celebrate our Independence Day with great zeal and zest and decorate our houses with bun-ting and flags.

But after this great day the bunting and flags are left to be torn and lie on the streets. People should take great care of these flags because they are our identity and we don’t want to give a bad impression to the world. We should show the world that we respect our festivals and our flag.

The abuse of computers

NO doubt, the computer is a basic necessity of the 21st century. But most teenagers are misusing it.

Most teenagers use the Internet as a means to fool others and do other weird stuff. It’s important that parents keep a watch on how their children make use of this important resource that can either make or break them.

Attitude towards animals

IT was sad to know that the lion at the Islamabad Zoo had been injured because someone had hit him with a stone.

It is a hard fact that our attitude towards animals is brutal and unbearable. We have surely seen people ill treating the animals that are a source of their livelihood. They also torture animals such as cats, dogs and cows.

As human beings it is important that we treat other living organisms with sympathy and love. We must respect nature.

Unfortunately in Pakistan conservation of wildlife is not taken seriously. It is our responsibility to see that nature and wildlife are not ill-treated.
