IN my opinion, home made food is more suitable for a good and healthy life as it contains all the essential nutrients for the human body. It is also hygienic as it is prepared in a clean place.
On the other hand, in our local restaurants, fast food is prepared in not half as clean surroundings. Eating such food regularly will certainly have a bad influence on our body specially our digestive system. It will also make the person vulnerable to stomach diseases. Intake of food which is rich in carbohydrates and proteins (e.g fast food) will result in the production of fat in our body, and will increase the cholesterol level.
Visiting a restaurant once a month or so is not so dangerous but frequent visits may prove hazardous. It is also a waste of money.
I hope my views have a positive impact on you all.

IT is very difficult to judge which is better, because both are good. The only reason why I feel that home food is better is that my sweet mom prepares it for me very hygienically.
Fast food has many drawbacks as we can’t be sure of the conditions in which it is prepared. I’m sure it’s not half as hygienic as food cooked at home. In the end I’d like to ask all my friends to consume food cooked at home more as it is healthy and is sure to keep us safe from most diseases.

IN my view home made food is better. Then the question arises how? Firstly, home made food is tasty and it is hygienic. Most doctors say that fast food is not good for our health, as it usually increases the cholesterol level and is unhygienic too. I think that they are right. Many children don’t pay heed to their parents and doctors and then suffer from dangerous diseases. Fast food does not provide us with a balanced diet. Home food is good for us in all aspects.

FOR me food prepared at is better than fast food because the food cooked at home is hygienic and cooked in the best possible way. But the food that is available at fast food joints is not hygienic and we don’t know how it is cooked. Fast food contains a lot of calories due to which children gain a lot of weight as a result of which they suffer from a number of diseases later in life. According to a research, in America about 70 per cent of the children are overweight due to the frequent intake of fast food. Keeping in view all the above I prefer home made food rather than fast food.

IF I have to make a choice between food cooked at home and fast food I would definitely go for fast food. I like fast food because it is light and offers a great variety. Fast food has many advantages, it can be easily digested and it also has a wide variety to choose from, like spicy, light and many more. At times the food available on the streets is unhygienic and may prove to be dangerous to our health. But then there are good restaurants that are very hygienic and take complete care to maintain standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Not to suggest that home food is bad, in fact it is very good, but in order to tantalize your taste buds, you do need a change and that change comes from fast food.

HOME made food is better than fast food in every way. It is cheaper, more hygienic and more nutritious. Fast food seems very tantalizing to our taste buds but we have no idea about how the particular food item has been prepared. The meat that is usually used in the preparation of fast food items is not properly cleaned and nobody knows that for how long has it been lying in the freezer.
Cooks who prepare fast food items seldom wash their hands or the machines that they use for grinding, chopping and mixing a variety of ingredients. So it would always be good to keep in mind these points before switching over to unhealthy fast food.

I PREFER home food to fast food, as home food is clean and hygienic. Good health is God’s blessing we should always take care not to destroy it. We should avoid having fast food as it is usually unhygienic. It is very spicy and is the cause of many diseases.

I guess home cooked food is better than fast food because it is more delicious and is made under hygienic conditions. It also contain all sorts of vitamins and proteins which helps us maintain good health. Some fast food can be harmful as it contains a lot of oil which can raise our cholesterol level.
