Looking good has many meanings. But here we only talk of appearance, since it’s natural that our appearance concerns us a good deal. Some go for black hair, others brown. At different times in history, writers and artists have admired high foreheads as well as low broad ones. Some have praised large, round, lustrous eyes and slanting, inscrutable ones; sloping shoulders and square ones.
But when it comes right down to it, you are still left with your own face and figure. If you are average in height or think that you have a snub nose or a rough texture of skin, you can’t trade these for the kind that you like. And they will be with you for a very, very long time. What is the best strategy then? Finding the best in you, because this will help rid yourself of the anxieties about your looks.

The intensity of looking good varies from person to person. So what are the options? People who wish to have a shapely figure join a gym to shed the redundant pounds or seek a dietitian for a strict diet plan. Then the craziest kind opt for cosmetic surgeries. Maybe a little straightening of their nose or reduction of plump cheeks. This is one of the most extravagant ways of introducing changes in one’s self. This really shows how desperately people want to change the way they look. Perhaps they go by the maxim: to establish oneself in the world, one has to do all one can to appear established.
Looking for the best
The key to success, to have a content life is a warm, kind heart and most important, self-acceptance. This will not only help you to have loving relationships which can even make you famous and sought after among the people of your choice but will also help you out of your useless worries. Perhaps, then you can see that you possess a good heart. However, there is one thing more, about which you should also be concerned i.e. good health because good health gives you grace and glow.
We have to keep in mind that outward impressions do not last long and sometimes appearance is also deceiving. It’s like an expensive overcoat, when you take it off you show yourself to everyone, no one wants to show a negative inner reality.
