Sneaky agents and spy craft have been a recipe for movies for ages. But never has filmdom handled the secret world of undercover agents as in this movie.
Master of Disguise stars all time and out of control comedian, Dana Carvey, as Pistachio Disguisey — a sweet natured Italian waiter who works hard to do his job right. However, there is another trait that he is good at — he likes to imitate people. Customers who come to his restaurant for food find themselves being imitated and copied by Pistachio. But more than the customers, it is Pistachio himself who can’t figure out why he compulsively copies his customers and wants to change his appearance. That is until he discovers that it is a secret legacy of the Disguisey family. Pistachio, in fact, belongs to a long line of masters of disguise who can mask themselves as almost anyone or anything by harnessing the great power of the “Energico.”
However, as soon as he discovers these secrets, his parents are kidnapped by the evil, Devlin Bowman (Brent Spiner), a criminal mastermind with a plot to steal all the great treasures of the world. Pistachio must harness all his disguising powers into good use and with the help of his assistant Jennifer, retrieve his parents. But is he too late?
This one hour and twenty minutes long movie, is good both for the family and the kids. However, there are some crude jokes that might be offensive to some.
