MP3 sun glasses

OAKLEY’s MP3 sunglasses has 256MB NAND flash memory for storing upto 60 songs along with six hours of playback time. The sunglasses also feature accoustic expansion speakers and a USB cable for transferring songs. Oakley is selling them for $495.




Science toys

DISCOVERY (the channel and magazine) launches science toys for children; featuring a DNA Explorer Kit, Forensic Lab and a micro-scope, all of which let children explore science at their own pace. These toys are priced under $80.




Nature viewer

HITACHI unveils an information device called the “Nature Viewer” to use for navigation at the upcoming Expo 2005 Aichi, December 7 in Tokyo.The device is equipped with a 3.5-inch LCD display, HDD and IC chip reader. It is driven by a direct methanol fuel cell battery. — AFP
