Mango Pancakes Ingredients 2 mangoes (chopped in cubes) 1 cup white flour 1 egg 11/4 cup milk 2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp raisins 3 tbsp cream 2 tbsp cinnamon powder A pinch of salt
Method Mix flour, egg, oil, salt and milk together to make smooth batter. Grease frying pan and pour a spoonful of mixture in it and fry it till golden brown. Make several pancakes from the mixture. Now heat oil in a pan and stir fry raisins, add honey, mangoes and cream to it. Mix well. Place the filling on one pancake and cover with another and bake for five minutes. Sprinkle cinnamon powder on the pancake.
Orange French toast Ingredients 6-8 bread slices 2 eggs 2 tbsp sugar 1tbsp orange rind 1tsp vanilla essence ½ cup orange juice 2 tbsp strawberry syrup
Method Beat the eggs and fold in salt, sugar, vanilla essence, orange rind and orange juice. Soak both sides of slices with this mixture and fry on low flame till golden brown. Pour strawberry syrup on top.
Banana peach shake Ingredients 2 peaches (peeled and stoned) 2 bananas 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp honey
¼ cup lemon juice Strawberries to garnish

Put all the ingredients except strawberries in a blender and process for a minute. Pour in long glasses and garnish with strawberries.
Spring rolls Ingredients 6 bread slices (medium-sized) 3 eggs (boiled & mashed) 1tbsp butter 1tbsp mayonnaise ½ tsp black pepper powder ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp cumin powder ¼ cup cabbage (grated) ¼ cup carrots (grated) 1tbsp green chillies (chopped)
Method Trim slices from the sides. Mix all the ingredients and spread the mixture on each slice and roll finely. Insert a toothpick if desired.
