Ingredients: 1 cup boiled and shredded chicken 4-5 bread slices 1/4 cup ketchup green chutney tomato slices for garnishing
Method: In a bowl place chicken and sprinkle salt and pepper on it.Take a slice of bread and put it on a flat surface. Press it to flatten it and increase the size. Divide the slices into two then apply green chutney and ketchup. Sprinkle the chicken onto it. Roll up immediately. Keep aside for 5-10 minutes. Cut the roll into 6-8 pieces.
To make green chutney:
1/2 bunch mint leaves 1 bunch corriander leaves 1 tsp ginger/garlic paste 1 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp zeera 6-8 green chillies 1/2 tsp coriander seeds 1/2 tsp coconut powder salt as required
Method: Blend all the ingredients together to make green chutney.
Club sandwich
Ingredients:
1 cup boneless chicken 3 bread slices 1 tomato sliced 1 cucumber sliced 1/2 tsp ajinomoto 1/2 tsp white pepper 1 tsp soya sauce salt and pepper to taste 1 egg few lettuce leaves 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Method: Boil chicken with salt, pepper, soya sauce and ajinomoto. Shred the boiled chicken. Remove the edges from the sides of the bread slices, make one thin omelet, apply mayonnaise on the first slice and put a salad leaf. Then put the chicken and cover with slice, place omelet, then cucumber and tomato and cover with a slice and cut it in a triangle shape. Serve with ketchup and french fries.
Barbeque sandwich
Ingredients:
1 cup chicken boneless cut into cubes 1 bread 2 tbsp tikka masala 2 tsp oil 1 tsp ginger/garlic paste 1 tbsp vinegar
Method: Marinate the chicken for half an hour. Arrange the chicken on skewers on low charcoal fire and keep brushing the chicken with oil. When done, remove from the skewers and put aside. Then take bread slices, separate the edges from the bread and spread the ketchup and chicken on one slice. On the top place an onion ring.
Chicken burger
Ingredients:
2 chicken breast boneless buns as required salt and pepper to taste 1/2 tsp mustard powder For batter: 3 tbsp flour 2 tbsp cornflour 1 egg 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper water for kneading
Method: Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and mustard powder for 15 minutes. Dip the chicken into the batter and deep fry until golden brown.Take bun and place a cheese slice on it. Put chicken kebab on it and cover with the top side of the bun. Serve it with ketchup and french fries.
Kebab sandwich
Ingredients:
4 bread slices 2 shami kebab 1 large tomato, thinly sliced 1 cucumber sliced 1 onion few lettuce leaves
Method: Take bread slices and cut in a circular shape from centre. It can be done by placing a glass on the slice. Place the lettuce leaf, kebab, onion rings, cucumber, tomato. Serve with ketchup.
