Moving in all directions
Held at the V.M. Gallery, Karachi, the work comprised the artists’s latest sculptures. Titled Direction, the collection was named for an important composition consisting of four panels carved to suggest movement by way of boats standing up-end. The four feet high wood pieces carved on each of the panels with the words ‘Enter’ and ‘Exit’ relate to recent foreign travels....
