LAHORE: Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that his party will go into the elections after presenting its manifesto before the public, DawnNews reported.

"We will not allow any conspiracy to put off the elections succeed," the JUI-F chief said.

Addressing the 'Islam Zindabad' conference at Minar-e-Pakistan in Lahore, Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that the elections must be conducted in a peaceful manner.

"If there is bloodshed during the path to elections, then this will be due to someones agenda," he said.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that the JUI-F's policies are not made for a particular group, but for the security of the nation.

"The environment in the country is changing," he said.

The JUI-F chief said that his party wanted to elevate the masses out of its current mire of humiliation and oppression.

"In the future, JUI-F's role will be important," said Maulana Fazlur Rehman.
