I think, if you put a picture of Taliban crying complaining of the drones and in the same picture put them harassing polio workers. It would show their hypocrisy element.

Nooooo. He is not doing that. He is showing that poor Polio workers are forced by NGO or Government. Good old Taliban is not shown to be the bad guy. Not in this cartooon.
