ISLAMABAD, Dec 11: The civic agency of Islamabad has set up a free medical camp in the Gokina village of Margalla National Park.

Member Environment of the CDA, Dr Kazim Niaz, told Dawn: “We are approaching the communities in Margallas to check tree theft and other illegal businesses with the help of the local people.”

He said with the help of the local non-governmental organisations, they would initiate different social and welfare projects in the area.

“We have established a medical camp, comprising senior doctors of Capital Hospital and paramedical staff in the village,” he said.

Dr Niaz said in the second phase, another medical camp would be held in Tilhar village on December 13.—Staff Reporter
