ATTOCK, Sept 24: Police have arrested seven people in separate instances in the district.

The district police spokesman said here on Monday that Attock Khurd police had recovered a lifted car and two 30 bore pistols from the possession of Sheroz Khan of Nowshera and Zainullah of Mardan.

Police have also confiscated 1100gram hashish from Rizwan Ali, resident of Lahore, during the checking of a bus at Attock Khurd check post on main GT road.

In further incidents, police arrested Liaquat Ali, Fiaz, Amir Saeed and Sajjad Ahmed, and recovered a 22 bore pistol, 120gram hashish, 2 bottles of liquor and 20 bullets from their possession. Separate cases have been registered against the accused. — Correspondent
