KARACHI: At least four people were killed in incidents of violence in parts of Karachi, DawnNews reported on Tuesday.

Two bodies were discovered near Rizvia Bagh in the city's Memon Goth area which is situated in Malir Town. The victims were kidnapped before being shot dead.

In another incident, one person was shot dead near the Rexer Lane River in Pak Colony. Another person was shot dead in the Saeedabad area of Baldia Town as he offered resistance during a robbery.

Furthermore, the funeral of the former town nazim, Dr Pervez Mehmood, was to be held at Numaish today with strict security arrangements. He was killed in a firing incident yesterday.
