ISLAMABAD: Minister for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar called on Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf at his Parliament House Chamber on Monday and took him into confidence over the proceedings of recently-concluded Tokyo Conference on Afghanistan.

She apprised the prime minister about the ministerial level Core Group meeting involving USA, Afghanistan and Pakistan to enhance cooperation between the countries to support an Afghan peace and reconciliation process.

She also briefed the prime minister about her meeting with Indian Foreign Minister S.M. Krishna at the sidelines of the Tokyo Conference.
