A joint collaboration between VJ Khalid Malik and Omore Buzz is all set to give exposure to young talent by targeting 65 per cent of the youth of Pakistan with the No Shashka Show on a private TV channel that will unveil two talents per episode.

It gives a sign of hope to young talent that is unable to get recognition despite having a spark. “We have selected different individuals and groups including bloggers, musicians, designers, artistes and talent from the rural areas of Pakistan as well,” said VJ Khalid Malik.

Talented individuals include Asfandyar (beat boxer), Hina Hazrat (founder of Youth Republic in Pakistan), Bushra Siddqui (youngest blogger of Pakistan), Anhar Ashar (home-based confectioner), Xehra Qadir (wall designer and glass-engraving expert), Shams Javaid (young puppeteer and mascot maker), Ruqaya Fareed (professional glass painter) and Zohaib Iqbal from Team Pakistan that fabricated a car to reduce fuel consumption to give a mileage of 80kms from one litre of fuel. The show also features original and cover performances by upcoming bands and artistes.

Fashion designer Munib Nawaz as a special guest will be designing the t-shirts too while the first episode features Hina Hazrat and the Band Seven showing off their musical skills.

The campaign will continue on Facebook and one hopes these kind of ventures go the extra way to keep giving exposure to the people who deserve it.
