Loadshedding & daydreaming

MINISTER for Water and Power Naveed Qamar is famous as he so often takes naps in the parliament. Maybe during proceedings of the current session he slept well and started dreaming. He abruptly woke up and stood up to take the floor of the house and announced there would be no loadshedding from tomorrow.
