KARACHI: The Institute of Business Administration on Saturday orgnaised a conference on information and communication technologies, the eighth in the series.

Director Urban Analytics Institute Murtaza Haider; Dean, University of Glasgow UESTC, Dr Muhammad Imran; Associate Professor at Information Technology University (ITU), Lahore, Dr. Adnan Noor Mian; and Dr Gus Gutoski conducted keynote sessions and shared their experience about how Machine Learning, IoT, BigData, and Artificial Intelligence can help solve real world problems and make this world a better place to live.

Opening address for the two-day conference was delivered by Dr Saeed Ghani, Acting Executive Director of the Faculty of Computer Sciences.

Sessions will continue on Sunday on topics including auditing cyber security, speech over simple phones, advanced facial recognition technology among many other topics.
