KARACHI: Aga Highbrow College thumped Wisdom School 9-0 in the Naya Nazimabad Inter School-College Sports Gala Season 1 Floodlight Football Tournament at Naya Nazimabad Ground on Tuesday.

Najamul Hasan’s hat-trick set the tone for Highbrow College’s 9-0 victory over Wisdom School. Najam scored four goals in all, two in the first half (5th and 9th minutes) and two in the second half in (16th and 17th minutes). He was well supported by Zawar who scored two goals, first in the 10th minute of the first half (and second in the 9th minute of the second half. Danyal also scored two goals, first in the 20th minute of the first half and the second in the 10th mintute of the second half. Anus scored one goal in 6th minute of the second half.

In the second match, Credo College after two goals by Sharyar and Abdllah, coasted to a 3-1 victory over BVS Parsi School which sent them to the top with maximum points after a game.

The Sports Gala also included basketball events for both boys and girls. The girls event was won by Beacon House School A Level while the boys events was won by The City School PAF Chapter. CEO Naya Nazimabad Samad A Habib was the chief guest on the occasion and distributed the prizes.
