PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government on Thursday notified transfer and posting of 21 officers, including secretaries and deputy commissioners.

A notification issued by the establishment department said that Fareeha Paul, secretary Zakat, Usher and Social Welfare Department, had been asked to report to the establishment department while special secretary Higher Education Department Mohammad Idress was transferred and posted as secretary zakat and usher department. Mohammad Ziaul Haq, special secretary environment department, has been transferred and posed as deputy commissioner, Manshera.

Mohammad Ayaz, who was awaiting posting at the establishment department, has been transferred and posted as managing director of KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), while Masood Younas, MD PPRA, has been transferred and posted as special secretary finance department.

It said that Najeebur Rehman, director RMT at the Peshawar Development Authority, was transferred and posted as DG KP Housing Authority and Zahir Shah, chief coordinator Planning and Development Department, transferred and posted as MD Small Industries Development Board while Kohat DC Khalid Ilyas was directed to report to the establishment department.

Matiullah Khan, DG projects at the merged areas secretariat, has been transferred and posted as DC Kohat, Fazl Khaliq, DC Battagaram, sent to the establishment department and Shah Jehan, additional secretary Science and Information Technology Department, transferred and posted as deputy commissioner Kolai-Palas Kohistan.

DG Rescue 1122 Dr Khateer Ahmed has been directed to report to the relief, rehabilitation and settlement (RRS) department and secretary RRS authorised to hold additional charge of the DG Rescue 1122. DC Lakki Marwat Kabir Afridi has been directed to report to the establishment department, as deputy director housing foundation Jehangir Azam Wazir was posted in his place.

DC Malakand Shahid Mehmood has been transferred and posted as coordinator Performance Management and Reforms Unit at the chief secretary’s office and Iqbal Hussain, additional project director IMU at the education department, was posted as DC Malakand.

Iftikhar Alam, additional secretary home department, has been transferred and posted as DC Mohmand tribal district, relieving ADC Mohmand of the additional charge.

DC Kolai-Palas Kohistan Farhatullah Khan has been directed to report to the establishment department and Arshad Qayyum Barki, chief of section at P&D Department, posted as DC Battagram. Additional deputy commissioner, Khyber, Hikmatullah Wazir has been directed to report to the establishment department, as Jamshed Khan, deputy secretary sports department, was posted as ADC Khyber.
