THE National Database and Registration Authority needs to establish separate counters for employees of government departments. Demanding such a facility does not mean special privileges for government employees; it means saving precious time meant for public affairs.

The Quetta passport office and Nadra centres are thronged by citizens having different issues, causing inconvenience to government officials. Public offices are meant for facilitation of citizens. I hope the quarters concerned pay heed.
