ISLAMABAD: Chief of the Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan visited the headquarters of the United Arab Emirates Air Force in Abu Dhabi on Sunday.

On his arrival at the headquarters, a smartly turned out contingent of the UAE Air Force presented a guard of honour, said a message received in Islamabad.

Later, the air chief called on Maj Gen Staff Pilot Ibrahim Nasser Mohammad Al-Alawi, commander of the UAE Air Force and Air Defence (AF&AD) in his office.

During the meeting, the air chief said excellent mutual cooperation had always been a matter of pride for the two sides.

The commander of AF&AD lauded the glorious history of PAF and acknowledged the endeavours made by the air force in modernisation and indigenisation of its fleet in recent years.

Both the dignitaries discussed ways and means to continue and further enhance exemplary cooperation between the two air forces.
