Lahori teenager set ablaze for allegedly stealing cellphone

A teenager was set ablaze in Lahore on Friday night for allegedly stealing a cellphone in the Nawab Town area.
Locals in the area had to rescue the 19-year-old suspect after the person he allegedly stole a cellphone from doused him in petrol and set him on fire.
The teenager was taken to Jinnah Hospital where doctors treated him for burns on one side of his face and arms, police told DawnNews. Shortly after, he was released from the hospital.
The Nawab Town police took the man who allegedly set him on fire into custody after a search operation.

U can't kill someone for stealing a handphone.. Killing is bigger offence than stealing... The life worth more than phone... That guy has gone crazy.. He will be hanged if that guy died.. All for what.. A mobile phone? Not worth it

This man who took law into his own hand & inflicted a barbaric punishment on the teenager must be dealt with an equal & like measure of punishment though believing that law has no such provision, he must dealt with an extreme punishment to set an example to others.

If he was really a thief, then I have no sympathies for him. One such thief did the same with me, I went into depression, lost precious moments of my life and still have scars. :'(
