LARKANA: In compliance with a directive given by the Larkana Sessions Judge Abdul Ghafoor Kalhoro, the director of education (colleges) posted six lecturers at the Govt Girls Degree College, Badah, officials said on Tuesday.

The directive was given in the wake of the Nov 7 surprise visit to the college by the judge, who had found a shortage of teaching staff at the institution.

Sources in the judiciary and directorate of education confirmed that six lecturers, one each for geography, chemistry, zoology, English, physics and botany, were transferred to the institution from other colleges on a temporary basis.
