LAHORE: The Divisional Administration on Saturday directed the deputy commissioners of Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura and Nankana to make all the planned Ramazan bazaars functional from May 24 before commencement of the holy month.

“Lahore city district will have 31 Ramazan bazaars. And Kasur, Sheikhupura and Nankana will also have such bazaars. And all these must be functional from May 24,” Commissioner Abdullah Sumbal said while presiding over a meeting held here to review the arrangements for the holy month. He said ‘Madni Dastarkhwans’ including 318 in Lahore should also be functional from the first of Ramazan.
