Creamy chocolate chips ice cream is a dream! And this dream can easily be a reality for you anytime you have the urge for it because we are going to tell you how to whip it up easily at home.

The recipe is very simple, foolproof and one you can easily make yourself. Read on to find how to cook-it-yourself!

Ingredients

• 2 cups or 480ml cream

• 1 can sweetened condensed milk

• 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

• 1/2 cup or more, chocolate chips

Method:

In a large bowl, whisk cream and chocolate syrup on high speed until soft peaks form. Fold in condensed milk until blended. Pour this mixture into a container with a lid and sprinkle the chocolate chips. You don’t have to fold it in as the chocolate chips will soon sink. Cover with a lid and freeze for at least six to eight hours or until firm. Top it will more chocolate chips and any other topping of your choice and enjoy!

Note: The cream I used comes in 200ml packs, so I used almost 2.5 packets for this recipe, however, instead of wasting the leftover half pack, you can use the whole three packets, which will make 600ml, and still get excellent result because the ice cream was very sweet with the measurement I used and it can easily incorporate more cream without any issue.
