CHARSADDA: The joint death anniversary of Khudai Khidmatgar movement founder Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan, famously known as Bacha Khan, and nationalist leader Khan Abdul Wali Khan would be observed here today (Sunday).

In this regard, a public meeting would be held at the Sugar Mills ground, for which all arrangements have been finalised.

Talking to journalists here, Barrister Arshad Abdullah said that ANP workers from across the province and other parts of the country would attend the anniversary. He expressed satisfaction with security arrangements made for holding the event.

He said that the public meeting would be addressed by ANP chief Asfandyar Wali Khan, provincial president Ameer Haider Khan Hoti and other leaders.
