Street dogs

Published January 17, 2017

THE number of street dogs is increasing all over Islamabad. These pye dogs are found roaming the city streets day and night.

People have been clamouring for municipal squads to take care of such pye-dogs. Now many a pye dog has been mercilessly killed. Killing pye-dogs is no solution. Instead of killing them, animal squads should transfer them elsewhere far away from their present locality.

People who are being cruel to animals should be charged, and a law should be passed banning the killing of pie-dogs etc.
