Method:

Mix all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Now add oil, milk and egg and mix again until no lumps are left.

Oil a large mug or two teacups well (I used teacups) and pour the mixture in it. Insert the chocolate pieces in the centre, make sure the top of the chocolate is covered with the batter. Cook in the microwave for three minutes, take it out and if you feel it appears wet and uncooked, then bake for 30 seconds more. The cooking time will depend on the heat of the microwave.

Let it cool for a few minutes. You can eat it right from your mug too or take a knife and separate the cake from the edges by running the knife all around the cake and pushing the sides a bit.

Take it out on a plate. I simply sprinkled a bit of icing sugar on top but you can use whipped cream, fruits, chocolate or strawberry syrup — basically anything you feel like! When you cut the cake, yummy melted chocolate will ooze out from the centre.
