MANSEHRA: The Mansehra police have booked two officials of the National Testing Service Islamabad on the charge of leaking question papers to candidates for money.

“We have registered an FIR against two NTS officials, who leaked question papers of a test conducted for the appointment of teachers in the district,” official at the city police station Mukhtar Ahmad told reporters here on Tuesday.

NTS Islamabad deputy director Dr Tahir told the police that two staff members, including Mohammad Shimraz and Abdul Jabbar, leaked papers to candidates for the senior science teacher posts and thus, brining a bad name to the organisation.

A police official said following the registration of FIR under Section 408 of PPC, raids were being conducted to arrest the two suspects.

The NTS test for the SST posts both for male and female education departments were held earlier this year.

The two suspects were reportedly found involved in the leaking of papers during a departmental inquiry.
