Fans share a love-hate relationship with celebs, and more often than not, celebs end up on the receiving end of their fans' backlash. But instead of sweeping the abuse under the rug, Pakistani celebs have started speaking out — for themselves and their co-stars.

A recent example is Feroze Khan's Instagram upload of his Aik Pal co-star Aisha Khan cosying up to him.

One would think Instagram comments usually go unnoticed owing to the numerous comments celebs receive under them, however, unbeknownst to many fans, celebs read these comments and Feroze Khan is no exception.

Some followers were outraged by the picture and were quick to post demeaning comments under it. He immediately sent a video message to those who abused him and Aisha in the comments and asked them to explain themselves and the reason for their abuse.

In the now-deleted video, he asked, "What makes Aisha a wh-re and me a b--tard when we're two actors and we could be in the middle of a scene where we could be playing husband and wife?"

Other followers rushed to the celebs' defense and simply asked people to unfollow the actor if they had issues with his pictures.

A few months earlier, Mahira Khan faced a similar incident during the MNS controversy surrounding Pakistani artists when a fan posted a hateful comment under an Instagram upload of her and her son, Azlan.

The Raees star immediately shut him down, and it didn't take long for Mahira's fan following to take over.
