SUKKUR: Eight members of a family, including four children, were killed in a road accident near Guddu town on Thursday.

A family on a tractor-trolley was going to Punjab’s village of Shah Wali from the village of Natho Khan Mazari when it overturned near the town while negotiating a turn.

The bodies were shifted to a nearby hospital for post-mortem examinations.

Five of the dead were identified as Ghulam Haider, his wife Lal Khatoon, daughter, Zameeran, sister Meeran Khatoon and sister-in-law Shanta Khatoon. The names of three other children could not be ascertained.
