MIRPURKHAS: A man was killed and five other persons, including children, sustained burns when the CNG (compressed natural gas) cylinder of their van exploded and caused a fire that engulfed the vehicle at the Qureshi Service Station, situated along the Hyderabad-Mirpurkhas highway on Tuesday evening.
Akram Pahore, along with his family members, was getting his van’s cylinder filled with CNG when it exploded. The fire caused burns to all six persons sitting in it. Akram Pahore later died while Hizbullah, Robina, Marat, Ali Shah and Muskan were rushed to the Mirpurkhas Civil Hospital for treatment.
