The record maker

Published September 25, 2016

All you Abhishek Bachchan critics, lend me your ears! The actor (yes, he is an actor and not just the son of Amitabh Bachchan and husband of Aishwarya Rai) now has his name mentioned in the Guinness Book of World Records.

In case you are wondering how that happened, well, it happened because of the promotional campaign for his film Delhi 6 in 2009 for which he made seven public appearances in the cities of Delhi, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Noida, Chandigarh and Mumbai in 12 hours flat!

Earlier, it was Will Smith who held the record for making three public appearances in two hours. Abhishek B, you have finally found your calling. It’s not acting. It’s traveling!
