THIS refers to the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) website where one cannot register complaints as the link is not functional.

I wanted to complain about the streetlights from Hasan Square to Nipa onwards to Safoora Goth for they are not working. This is causing accidents and creating opportunities for muggers to opeate freely. But I could not lodge the complaint as the facility at the website was not functional.

There is another civic issue that needs to be highlighted. Most of the motorcyclists drive recklessly and take wrong turns, while car drivers drive with their high beam lights on, playing havoc with the traffic.

I request the authorities concerned to take notice of such city issues and take corrective measures in this regards.
